HERE IS A TIP ON THE USE OF “STIR BLEND”

STIR Blend is a mixture of Cinnamon, Ginger and Turmeric only. We recommend you add it to your favorite tea with or without lemon, honey  or mint leaves. Stir Blend can also be added to your smoothie, protein shake, soup, a stir fry dish or when cooking any of your favorite meals. 

STIR Blend is more concentrated than STIR. A little goes a long way, use a pinch , a dash or more for your desired taste.

STIR with Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric and Cacao is excellent in your morning cup of coffee (with or without cream and sugar). We recommend you also use it in your smoothie, hot chocolate, milk shakes and when baking.
